DIY Simple Chore Chart

Mon, Mar 11, 2013 | DIY Projects | By Irina

This is the smartest and the easiest DIY way to teach your kids responsibility and organization! You’ll need: 6×12 piece of colored card stock, a trimmer with a score blade, magnetic sticky paper, images cut into 2×2 squares, chore description printed and cut into 1 ½ x 1 ½ squares, glue, corner rounder. First score your paper lengthwise at 3 ¼ inches and on the 2 ¾ side cut up to the score line every 2 inches. Fold each of those 6 flaps up and round the top two corners. Adhere and glue the images in order you’d like to see them done and the descriptions onto the inside center of each flap. Place your 1 ½ long magnetic paper on the top and on the bottom of the flap, peel off the sticker and fold the flap up. Finally adhere each ‘Done’ onto the center front side of the flaps. You’re done!
