DIY Fabric Pencil-Case For The New School Year

Sat, Aug 31, 2013 | DIY Projects, For ages

Just a few days are left before the new school year, so today’s DIY project is dedicated to this theme. Today we want to show how you can make a pencil-case for school supplies at home. The pencil-case is an essential attribute of the school life. Its diversity is extremely rich; it can be made from plastic, wood, metal. But we will make fabric pencil-case. Such pencil-case can be sewed in a matter of hours, and your kiddo will use it for a long time. It’s roomy and easy to use and carry in kid’s bag. And the main thing is that such pencil-case as your kid has there won’t be anybody in the classroom!

Stylish Autumn Zara Coats For Little Ladies

Fri, Aug 30, 2013 | Clothing

When a girl is bought a coat for the first time, it’s like a step into the adult world. To dress kids in a comfortable jacket and overalls regardless of sex has become a tradition – millions of moms appreciate practicality of such clothing. But coats for girls – it is rather a tribute to the style and elegance, rather than practicality. We don’t mind to go for a walk in a coat and to school or as they say “on the way out” – it is a great idea. Also it will protect the girls from rain, slush and other troubles of weather. Here is a casual Zara coat collection for girls. I loved every coat from this collection, and if I had a daughter I would buy her a stylish Zara coat.

DIY Outdoor Bubble Bath For Kids

Thu, Aug 29, 2013 | DIY Projects, Outdoor

In summer time the weather is hot, and everyone is having fun in the pool. The pool with water is certainly enough to please any kids, but you can add soap bubbles to make kids’ activity even funnier. Soap bubbles are light balloons playing all colors of the rainbow and always raising a smile and delight. Fill the pool and let the sun warm the water a bit before bathing the kids. Then pour the entire bottle of bubble bath in. When you finish all the preparations and allow kids to take bubble bath, you’ll see that splashing and joy won’t be end for a long time yet.

Peculiar “Where The Wild Things Are” Themed Nursery Design

Wed, Aug 28, 2013 | Kids room

I love that this nursery stands out among the other ones that we shared lately, light and calm ones. It’s in dark shades, including black, but not moody, themed but not overdone with it, modern and clean but also rustic and adventurous! How did mom Melanie do that? Well, she diversified black & white scheme with calm grey and pops of green, added subtle hints of “Where the wild things are” décor to highlight that the nursery has a certain theme, mixed modern chevron and leaves prints with rustic wooden elements including actual planks and cute arts with cartoon’s characters. Turned out pretty fabulous, don’t you think?

DIY Outdoor Reading Nook For Kids

Wed, Aug 28, 2013 | DIY Projects, Play houses

If your child likes reading books, you can use our new DIY project to organize an outdoor reading nook. To spend time outdoors is healthier than staying at home. So reading books outdoors is better than at home. We suggest  to equip a special place in the backyard for that your child doesn’t feel uncomfortable reading a book. The structure is very easy to built it – a wooden base and a canvas tent for protecting. And all that has inside a mix of trifles (the light and accessories), family heirlooms (granny’s amazing oil painting) and handmade things (the pom pom tassels). Also this reading nook will encourage the child to read and make his or her return here again and again.

Time runs fast and the first day at school is nearly at hand. Do your kids get anxious about the transition? If so, make a very special family necklace together! You only need yarn, tags and your favorite family photos. Glue the chosen pictures onto the tags, making sure to cut them down to size. Cover your pictures with tape for better protection. Then braid soft wool yarn and hang the tags from it. Finally, tie off as a necklace. You’re done and whenever your child misses you, he or she will look at the pictures and feel better!

Really Cute Cheese Nursery Design For Three Babies

Tue, Aug 27, 2013 | 0-2, 2-4, Kids room, Other

Designing a nursery room isn’t as easy as it might seem, and for three babies (it doesn’t matter for boys or girls) – even a more difficult task. This boys’ nursery is truly matchless. According to design concept there are three functional areas in the nursery. The first and basic is sleeping area with 3 cribs and changing table. The second and comfortable place is storage area designed in trendy olive color. And the third and creative is playing area, besides a cheese house is the most interesting place in the nursery. Inside playhouse there is very easy as toy furniture, but in fact a very durable. Afternoon baby boys will play with pleasure in a yellow cheese house, and at night to sleep under the bright green leaves. When boys grow up they will be able to put the room in order themselves and to put toys into the storages. In such nursery room kiddos will have fun during the day and comfortable at night.
