DIY Halloween Necklaces Of Hot Glue

Mon, Oct 7, 2013 | All ages, DIY Projects | By Julia.Dimova

If you’ve started thinking of making a Halloween costume, don’t forget of creating accessories. So by necklaces which are given below it is possible to determine your image: Frankenstein Monster dripping blood, Spider Web Collar and so on. Let`s make awesome Halloween necklaces of hot glue!
All you need is a hot glue gun and a silicone mat or silpat. Run the hot glue right onto the mat and be careful not to touch the actual tip to the mat. The first step is making a line between two big blobs. The line should fit roughly around your neck (for example 13 and 15 inches) . And then you can make other lines according to your idea as shown on photos. For making a real effect of blood it`s desirable to use a sharpie, for the web and the stitches – some spray paint. After all pierce two holes to tie one with some twine or string. And now wrap around your neck and be awesome!
