DIY Donut Balloons For Kids Parties

Sat, Oct 26, 2013 | DIY Projects | By Kate

To make your kids’ party funnier a nice idea is to use balloons for décor. They will excite the little guests! But if you decorate them, the balloons will make the kids even more fascinated! How can you do that? Just take donut balloons filled with helium, acrylic craft paint, a foam brush, crepe paper cut into small rectangles, double-stick tape. To create your “frosting”, paint a rough circle of paint on one side of the donut balloon. Let dry and then paint a second, thin coat for better coverage. Let dry completely and add your sprinkles by adhering a piece of double stick tape to the back of each crepe paper “sprinkle” and adhering to the balloon. Now decorate the room with them and let the children have fun!
