It’s such a nice idea for an outdoor activity! Fill about 40 balloons with paint and air so that your kids could pop them. To fill the balloons use a plastic condiment bottle with a long skinny tip. Pour the paints into the bottle one by one. Water each washable tempera color down a bit to save a little money and help the paint splatter from the balloons more. Squeeze the paint into the balloons and fill them with air. Once the balloons are filled tape them to poster board outside. For older kids you can give them darts to pop the balloons. We recommend having your kids wear sunglasses to protect their eyes from paint splatter. Your kids will have so much fun popping the balloons to make art!
