DIY St. Patrick’s Day Leprechaun Trap

Tue, Mar 18, 2014 | DIY Projects, Toys | By Natasha Alt

Do your kids believe in magic and Leprechauns? Of course your answer will be yes! So make a trap for Leprechauns, catch them and get some gold or three wishes! You will need an empty box, a piece of cardboard, multiple pieces of colorful paper, cutting tool, scissors, eco-friendly packing tape, pencil, markers, leftover yellow eco-felt and coins. First of all you and your kids need to design your trap, just take pencil and paper and draw it. Tape a piece of cardboard to the back of the empty box to hold the rainbow and tape the empty box closed and then cover it with white office paper scraps. Using scissors let your child cut out several rainbow stripes to create a backdrop rainbow above the trap, secure with eco-friendly packing tape. The rest of the tutorial is here.
