Mon, Dec 10, 2012 | DIY Projects | By julia

All snowflakes may look similar, but no two are exactly alike. Here are some distinct designs for curling paper strips into fanciful snowflakes to hang in front of a window, turn into a pendant, or glue onto the cover of a child’s journal or sketchbook. You will need quilling paper strips, slotted quilling tool or wooden kitchen skewer, quilling circle sizer ruler and tacky glue. To create  alike snowflake you need to wind paper strips round the quilling tool, than put every roll into the some circle of the ruler to loosen it, at last you have to glue one end. Give necessary shape to rolls and glue them together. Having made snowflakes you can hang them or use as a postcard. This craft is not difficult, but it demands some patience.
