For this craft you will need cardboard circle, colored tape, popsicle stick, colored paper strips and goggly eyes. Make tape strips. Then use them to cover cardboard circles. Now tape on the popsicle stick and crazy paper strip feathers. Glue goggly eyes and a quirky paper beak. Gently curl the ends of the paper. Voila! Wonderful puppets are ready! So easy and quickly!
