Creative DIY Clothespin Animal Puppets

Thu, May 14, 2015 | DIY Projects | By Natasha Alt

If your kids love puppet theatres, you can create one at your home. You just need to make some animal puppets and play! You will need clothespins, hot glue gun and scissors. Print up the puppet template in color on white card stock. It can be printed on a home printer or you can print it up at a print shop. Cut out the animal heads and then cut the heads in half along the mouth line. Hot glue them to the side of a clothespin. Choose which half you want to be the dominant half and add a small piece of foam or a big glob of hot glue at the rear of the head to help raise it a little higher. So now your clothespin puppets are ready for the show or your kids can just play with them.
