Tue, Jul 29, 2014 | DIY Projects | By Irina

The animal trend is gaining popularity in kids’ rooms’ décor. Owls, foxes, giraffes… All of these adorable animals can settle in your child’s space in whatever whimsy form you want. The supplies are long and thin pieces of wood, wood pieces for the back (1 ½ wide x ¾ inches thick in size), a nail gun, white base paint and a variety of acrylic paints for painting the giraffes. First of all cut your shapes out of paper and place them on the wall where you’d like them to be and tape in place. Then start cutting wood to mimic your paper on the wall.
