If you’re planning a circus themed kid’s birthday party, these circus party hats are just must-have! They would help to involve all your guests in the theme, and I bet you’ll get awesome photos together. The supplies are white paper cups, red acrylic paint, white and yellow cardstock, elastic cord, wooden skewers, pencil, paintbrush, scissors and hole punch. First cut 1” off the bottom of the cup and paint wide red stripes onto the remainder of the cup. Draw a circle on your white card stock and also paint red stripes on it.
